I didn't grow up thinking I could ever be a racing driver. Motorsport always felt out of reach. At 14, I started a small car-cleaning business and saved every penny to buy my first sim rig at the end of 2019. It started as fun on Project Cars 2, but everything was about to change.
I discovered sim racing leagues and everything clicked. I took on coaching to sharpen my racecraft, started competing regularly and started winning. The simulator became a serious training ground, not just a game.
I put everything into a gaming PC upgrade and it paid off immediately. I won five consecutive sim racing championships, solo, plus a team endurance title. Not once. Five times in a row.
I joined Ballas Esports and won my very first endurance race with them. That opened doors fast: ACC endurance events, iRacing, and eventually seats with Brabham's esports team and Jenson Button's Rocket Simsport. I even streamed the launch of Red Bull Racing's F1 car.
I'd always wondered: does sim racing actually build real driving skills? I entered the British Indoor Karting Championship with almost zero karting experience. Over 5,000 people entered. I qualified locally, made the national finals, and finished Top 32 in the country. Answer: yes.
Things took off. I tested a Mini Cooper at Brands Hatch and was offered a race seat for the season. I just didn't have the budget yet. I drove a BMW 325 at Zandvoort, an experience I'll never forget. And later that year, I was competing in the FIA Motorsport Games qualifiers at the Williams F1 HQ.
Another real car test at Blyton Circuit. Three championship campaigns: Racing Prodigy Mazda Championship, Road to Sim Expo Championships, and the British Indoor Karting Championship. Still racing at the top level in esports to keep my skills razor-sharp, while building towards the next step.
The test day is done. A debut in the Ginetta G55 GT4 with Innovation Racing at Silverstone in predominantly wet conditions. My first real time in a GT series car and the team were impressed with the pace and composure shown throughout the day and have confirmed they want me in the car for 2027. The foundation is set.
This is what it's all been building to. From cleaning cars as a teenager to real car time at Brands Hatch and Zandvoort. Now the focus is one thing: a full Ginetta G55 GT4 campaign in the GT Cup Championship. The sponsorship is being assembled. The seat is ready. I'm determined to see how far I can take this.
